Hi everyone,
I would like to add the addon which allows you to directly enter information relating to a city and village name so that the place is directly visible in the map. Unfortunately I can’t find a way to add addons. I think I’m missing a library there?
Could someone enlighten me please?

Ahhh. You are using the built-in Plugin Manager in that screen capture, not the Plugin Manager Enhanced addon.
The process for installing plug-ins (aka “add-ons” or “addons”) is described in the Addons chapter of the wiki … with highlighted screen captures.
