Can you mention which cryptic addon please ? And also the version of Gramps
you are using?
There is NO cryptic addon - The message from the installer is cryptic - It gives
NO clues as to what the error is.
Version is 6.0.8
johnrye06:
Please could the maintainer(s) include some comparatively simple error
logging mechanisms in the addon installation code.If you start Gramps from the command line and attempt the installation, can
you copy paste the complete error message here?
[john@walter ~]$ gramps
