To Do Report for All Tags

GrampsAIO64-5.1.3-2, Windows 10.

Is there anyway to do a “to Do Report” for ALL Tags including those with no tag? It looks like I need to do a report for each tag individually and no option for a report if there is no tag.

In its current form no, this third party addon report was provided as is and would require a volunteer to step forward and modify the report, in the mean time you can raise a feature request for your enhancements on the bugtracker
