Receiving no emails from Discourse Forum

I have been receiving no emails for over a week, when signed in looked at messages and one said check email address which is OK, is or has there been an issue with Discourse

Checked and no issue with Discourse, for myself using yahoo & gmail.

Can you please confirm none of the emails have ended up in the Spam folder?

Ok checking your email Bounce score shows 4 email bounces and the message “Received too many bounces from that email.” and last email sent from here was 4 days ago.

I can try resetting your bounce score but as the help article ( Reset a User's Bounce Score - Site Management - Discourse Meta ) mentions

It’s important to make sure that any underlying issues with email deliverability are fully resolved before resetting bounce scores.

Is your provider having issues have they been temporarily blacklisted?

Note I also checked if any other subscribers are using your email provider (bt****.com) and the answer is no!

There are no issues on email provider (only this forum emails not coming through), I have checked whether they are are being put into the spam or junk boxes and are not, could you please reset the bounce score and if it happens again I will investigate further
