Hello,
A Gramps user filed bug 13692 which affects Arabic language users only, and occurs when importing data where a Note object may be missing and Gramps tries to create one. While I have a potential fix, there are no data or steps to reproduce the bug.
So I am asking for help either with reproducing the issue, or testing the proposed fix (attached to the bug report) to move forward with committing the change.
