Move a Gramps DB & .exe to OneDrive

I am on the latest version of GRAMPS 5.5-1 on a Windows 10 laptop.

I would like to move the storage of the DB from the local drive to a OneDrive folder. My OneDrive is mapped to the computer as a drive.

Also, is it possible to re-install Gramps to the OneDrive?
