How to create a parent directly in GrampsWeb?

Hi,
I’ve been testing the demo of GrampsWeb and I can see how to add a relationship (father, mother, child…) by linking to an existing person.
However, I couldn’t find an option to create a new person as a parent directly from the current person’s profile, like the “Add Father / Create New Person” feature available in Gramps Desktop.
Is this functionality available in GrampsWeb, or is it planned for a future version?

there is an open feature request and somebody started working on it a while ago, but it is currently delayed I think.

The ability to create a new Person within the Gramps Web Family editor screen seems like a very reasonable Feature Request.

However, unlike Gramps which can stack a threaded (hierarchical) series of “work in progress” object editors, Gramps Web is browser-based and is very linear. It cannot have a series of incomplete forms that feed into each other.

I was wondering why I could not find the other recent posting with the same question.

But other webtree applications, like webtrees, Geneweb, .. can do this.
And it would really be much more user-friendly.
