Does anyone else find family trees made using text charming? I’ve created one for the Carolingians, which is pictured here.
(Note that I didn’t include how Charles the Simple’s wife and Louis IV’s mother, Eadgifu, is the daughter of Edward the Elder)
I used HTML to format this. For the tree itself, I only used basic Unicode symbols, except for the arrows, which indicate that the tree continues on another page. I will add hyperlinks to these arrows to direct readers to the corresponding pages.
