First - do not reply to the email sent by this forum. Instead, do as you did when you made your very first post and visit the forum website and login. As already explained in other posts, if you install Gramps on your Windows 11 computer it will be able to read and import the family tree data that is in the GECOM file you have been using with GedHtree. Once you have the data in Gramps you will be able to edit it.
HOWEVER, learning how to use Gramps will take time and patience, especially given that you have said:
