An emoji I use often in other apps/forums is the 
emoji. Can this be added to the list of reactions for a post? I use it when I don’t want to give a 
because I don’t want it to seem like an approval response, but I want to acknowledge the message without a worded response.

Eyes Emoji | Meaning - A pair of eyes, glancing slightly to the left on most platforms. .. / features two wide-open eyeballs, often used to express surprise, curiosity, or attention. It can signify someone is watching, looking, or something is worth noticing. Common in playful or mysterious contexts, it suggests keeping a lookout or investigating a situation.
Sometimes used to indicate ‘pervy eyes’ to indicate approval of an attractive photo posted online; or ‘shifty eyes’ to convey a deceitful act.

Just to be clear, it will mean here that “I am going to take a look” or “I have seen it” (which it means on all of the sites that I participate in… never heard of those other possible meanings, but I am sure that is due to the bubble I live in).
