My posts were flagged due to misunderstanding

I tried pointing out some mistakes and added the relevant links to GitHub.

I got a notification saying that I mustn’t add links to this domain, then the new notifications indication changed and there were 5 notifications, 3 indicated that my posts were flagged, another one saying I was upgraded to the next trust level and the other one telling me I got the basic badge.
I’m not sure what I did wrong but it’s very confusing.

Discourse has extra anti-robot, anti-spamming throttle for new users in their first 30-days. A typical bot posts lots of link and images.

Since we know you’re not a bot, an admin manually boosted your status from “new user” to “basic user”.
