While looking for where to add a common 6.0 failure dialog to the the wiki’s Appendix E: Error and Warning Reference, I was unable to categorize the appropriate anchor location.
The Addon registration failed dialog does not have an indicator of whether it is an “Alert”, “Confirmation”, “Warning” or “Error” message.
So it is unclear where it should be inserted in the wiki appendix. And since there is a simple solution (re‐targeting the Addon Manager’s Project URLs) for an unclear Error message, it needs to added there.
From Perplexity’s assessment of the _windows.py module, it seems there are several dialogs that might appear related to Addon Management.
Maybe a new Addon Manager warning section should be added?
