The following error dialog popped for an experimental plugin and falls just short of being useful.
The dialog includes ”(no error message)
" even though there was an error message echoed to the console and the messages handled through the warning message system flagged via the StatusBar.
What is missing that would’ve allowed the actual error message to show… or say that the actual message is in the StatusBar warnings because it was too long for this dialog?
It loks like the dialog takes SOME of the information from the .gpr.py
file. (It could be better there too. It refers to the author by their email address. It could include their name THEN give the email address.
Also, it gives the Plugin name… butcsince on can assume that this is a 1st notice and several plugins may have been installed, maybe it could parenthetically include the short description after the plugin name?
