Non-English language videos on YouTube can use the platform’s automatic closed captioning (CC) feature to display subtitles in the same language. Additionally, the auto-translate feature can display subtitles from other languages in the viewer’s native language.
This feature is accessed via Settings → Subtitles/CC → Auto-translate. (See this video about using the Auto-translate feature.) Of course, Auto-translate also supports translating English-subtitled videos into other languages.
