Trouble with Forms plugin

I have a problem with the Forms plug in after converting to 5.2. I have transferred the XML file to its new location. When opening one database everything works as previously. I see all the Forms I have created over the last year and can use them.
After opening my second database I only see two of the forms. I have restarted Gramps, switched databases when the app was running, restarted again. But it remains the same.
What could be the difference between those two databases that would make such an impact?

Does your 2nd database have the Sources for the forms? That is, is there a Source with the Attribute ‘Form’ that is set to the specific form ID? Here is an example for a Source for the 1930 US census that uses a Form.

Oh yes! Thank you! I created almost all Forms using the first database. And never thought to add them to the second.
If only every lifes’ conundrum was so easily resolved.
