Time of Death goes in date field?

Noob question.

I have read that the time of death goes in the date field, but I notice when I do that, the field is then bold. I’m not sure if Gramps is trying to tell me there is an issue with the date? It seems the input pop-up screen is designed for normalize dates only.

Is this actually the place to add time of death or should it be elsewhere?

( Gramps version 6.0.3 and Debian in Chromebook container)

Currently dates in Gramps do not allow you to include a time.

This feature is planned for the next release. Until then, you will have to record the time in an attribute or in a note.
