Report similar to Related Relatives gramplet

Gramps 5.1.3 on Fedora 34.

Is there a report similar to the “Related Relatives” gramplet? The gramplet works, but its output in my case is hundreds of couples which takes a while to generate. Also, the only way to send it to someone is to copy/paste from the gramplet window into something - a text editor, for example - and then turn that into a suitable file format such as PDF. It would be nice to get a PDF straight away.
