Gramps 5.1.5 on Mint 21.
Just out of curiosity I ended up running The current prerequisite checker and noticed that
it cannot find GExiv2:010 (Exiv2 library: not found even though I am using it in my gramplets

Same for PyICU - under RECOMMENDED - not found, but trying to install it
pip install PyICU
Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable

Optional packages required by Third-party Addons complains about
Addon:Edit Image Exif Metadata: Pillow 9.0.1) GExiv2 : 0.10(Exiv2 library not found

You need gir1.2-gexiv2-0.10

Install python3-icu instead of using pip or pip3

prerequisitechecker is incomplete for icu. I look at this.
