Recent discussion of the new report ‘‘Ancestral Lines Expanded’’ caused me to revisit the display formatting capabilities of the descendant report group. In particular, default place formatting codes have a distinctly US flavour e.g. city and state, whilst for the UK, town and parish would be more relevant. Has anyone changed the default formatting code/place type relationships for these descendant reports and, if so, how was it achieved?
