have been created when you ran Check and Repair on (such and such date)…
Did find the explanation given here and in this answer very helpful. Over here, no media, just person records.
As to recall precisely what happened in the Gramps session at the time, no luck, just doing stuff, possibly deleting an event or closing parent before spawned child, then later running C & R. All references in the created note refer to birth events created for persons who had no birth/death event created originally. It’s assumed Gramps had created these “empty” birth/death events during C & R, as they were not created manually…
The confusion comes as to why the note is created in the first place. If a note was created, it would contain some other person/event related text that Gramps would surely preserve, and not overwrite with Objects referenced by this note were referenced but missing ...
