How to delete many objects at once

Grampsweb 6.0.1 on Docker on OpenMediaVault

I feel like I must be missing something obvious, but how do I do a mass deletion of objects such as notes, sources, media, etc?

I just started by importing a gedcom from Wikitree. There are a lot of artifacts because of incompatibility. There is no way I’m building from scratch, because I have 1011 individuals in the tree. But there are now also thousands of objects I don’t want.

Restore the backup you made before the bad import.

There was no tree before the import. The imported tree is what I’m starting from.

Ok, I understand now. In Gramps, click on to the Notes tab on the left side. Select all your Notes. Then delete them from the database. Same with Sources, etc.

Afraid there is no notes tab on the left side, at least in the self-hosted docker version. Nor sources, or any of the other types of objects.

@david1 Thank you. Your answer helped, since I realized those options must exist in the desktop version. So I installed it, synced the trees, and will work from there. Again, thank you.

Answer for Gramps Web: Administration (top right face icon) → delete all objects. You can select by object type.

Thanks. I didn’t quite want to delete all of any one type, but that could be useful in future.
