How can I add a target version in a Resolved MantisBT issue?

I just closed one of my Open feature requests. (While cross-referencing 5.2 bullets to bugs/PRs) The feature was implemented in 5.2

When closing the issue (and assigning it to the developer who implemented the PR), I did not see how to tag it as a 5.2 fix.(Maybe I do not have rights as “Developer” access?)

How is the target version assigned?

Confirmed…setting target version doesn’t seem to be an action Developers can take.
