I’m running Gramps v. 5.1.3 on Ubuntu 20.10 and keep getting the following error every time I try to update add-ons. Is there a way around this?

PostgreSQL isn’t needed unless you want to experiment with alternate database engines. Disable it in the Plugin Manager.

There is an extensive thread on installing Chart supports for various flavors of Linux.

You should start with looking at that discussion.

Thanks. I’ve disabled it in Plugin Manager as you’ve suggested. Although it doesn’t effect anything it’s annoying that it came up every time I updated the software.
