Based on the update to Narrative Web to include ‘Show other roles for an event’, I updated to v6. However, it is not as stated. The new version shows all roles for an individual. This is disappointing as what is needed is ’ all participants in an event and their role’ per Dynamic Web B report.
I shall have to revert to v5.2 as I am using the Dynamic Web B report exclusively to include shared events in my documents.

If you select the event, you should see all participant to that event.
Did you select in the “Include” tab of this report: show events.
Your description of what is desired for the Role display in the Narrated website is unclear.
Since Dynamic Web B is a painful add-on to install, learn and configure (and the PDF ReadMe lacks a screen capture of the output); perhaps you could do a screen capture to illustrate?
I am assuming that this is related to the “Events participants - bug fix” on page 6 in the Dynamic Web report PDF documentation?
You grumble about “shows all roles for an individual”, so perhaps you are asking for the Family Roles of Events to be included in the output?
I did a Custom Filter search for Events with more than 5 references in the example.gramps and found a marriage with 4 persons (2 clergy, 2 witnesses roles), 1 family and 1 note. Perhaps it would make a good example screen capture in the Dynamic Web B report?
I’m not seeing ‘show events’ on ‘Include’ Tab for report. I’m seeing ‘Include Event Pages’ and ‘Include other Roles’.
What am I missing?
No it would not as there is nothing displayed to show who has what role.
Attached is a shared event example extracted from a webB page. I can copy this and paste/reformat into a text doc.
All the info I need concerning the shared event is displayed in one place.
My expectation of the Narrative Web output for shared events as described in the release would be the same. (Perhaps, I should not have assumed that the original developer’s extension to include other roles for an individual had been extended.)
Indeed I would extend this to any text report that included events. The fact that they do not is the reason I have used the next best option.
