Currently I run Ubuntu 22.04 for which support is running out and so I have been trialling 24.04 and have now decided this is not for me too many bad memories of my Windows times are being stirred.
So I have been looking at ASMI_NOBLE-XFCE and Fedora Silverblue
I am now up and running all my goto programs including GRAMPS 5.2.3 (no intention of it being my working GRAMPS currently) on ASMI the setup being relatively straight forward and way better than 24.04.
Just wondered whether anybody else has tried this yet and any experiences good or bad.
The only problem on the install of GRAMPS being
“GTK en_GB missing” not worried to sort yet GRAMPS works just fine.
