Trouble installing GenealogyTree add on

I’m trying to install the GenealogyTree AddOn and it’s not appearing in the list of addons to install. I have the default settings that use https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gramps-project/addons/master/gramps60 to find addons.

I’m using Gramps 6.0.8 on LInux installed via Flatpak.

I just figured it out when looking at the Isotammi addons page. I needed to change the audience. Now they show up.

@jpschewe
Thanks for pointing out this use case.

Just realized that the proposed feedback system only has an actionable display if at least ONE addon matches the filters. The interactive lozenges will help in most cases but not this case.

@Nick-Hall
There is already a Exception Case that displays “No matching addons found.” if no addons are returned. How do you suppose the interactive lozenges could be displayed too?

And there is another “No matching” special case if the Projects settings are problematic instead of the filters. (Such as the URL is not valid, not valid for this version of Gramps, no Project is selected. The Plugin Manager enhanced reports a count: “Showing 25 of 560 plugins” Maybe the Addon Manager could have a count too… but one that also gives a count of Projects. e.g., “Matched 0 of 560 plugins from 2 of 4 projects returning catalogs” (In that case, there were 6 Projects defined, 4 selected but only 2 responded with a JSON
status Feedback from Plugin Manager
