One final question for today 
I tried the book report and added a TOC and Index for the detailed descendant report with images.
The reports creates the mentioned report, including pictures in the endnotes section, which I use to show the sources of a certain persons data. E.g. for the birth, I report the birthday with a footnote and show the birth certificate in the endnote section of the detailed descendant report with images.
The created TOC and Index shows the birthentry of the person, but not the corresponding source image. Any idea, how this could be done?
