In Grampsweb some thumbs don’t seem to be created.
In the treeview sometimes there is no image. But the image is shown in the detailed view of a person.
After importing my gramps xml I added all the images through ssh.
This went well, but it seems that some thumbs are missing. (See image below)
you’d first need to find out where the problem is. Things to check:
Does it show up on a different device or in an incognito tab? If yes, clear the browser cache.
Does the media management section in the admin settings show any missing media files?
Please open the dev tools (F12) and check the network queries when you open the tree. There should be a query for this thumbnail, and the HTTP status code or error will be instructive
If it turns out to be a corrupted cached thumbnail, you can just delete the whole thumbnail cache directory, they will be automatically regenerated on demand.
