Query> Report references "same person"?

In any of my reports I will see the following reference…( in fact many times …although referring always to different individuals throughout)

<<8659056721920 “ Joe Public”… is the same person as [136365211648]>>

and if I check; there is always only one such individual in each case
Any clues as to why this shows up? …and more importantly…how to remedy?

Using Gramps.5.1.5 on MS Windows 11
