Problem with github and Addons

Is there a problem with github trying to use the Addons Manager it just sits on “Loading”

Which even Discourse show cannot access 404 error

Discourse cannot load the raw.githubusercontent.com

Gramps actually looks for:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gramps-project/addons/master/gramps60/listings/addons-en.json

or for Romanian:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/gramps-project/addons/master/gramps60/listings/addons-ro.json

And that opens just fine on my system. Can you open it on yours?

Whilst clicking on the link you provided takes you to the correct page
on github, installing that link in the Addon Manager does not work
because the old link is no 1 in the list and cannot be deleted.
Tried old link and leaving a long time eventually loading completed, it
is usually instantaneous

My screen looks nothing like yours, the url is the same but just takes far longer than normal to load. My screenshot below

That is my experimental URL validation for the Project Editor in the Addon Manager. Just showing its diagnostics because they have helped me confirm what’s going on. The progress in current manager is utterly invisible.
