I’m not sure exactly what you want to show when these new expanders are expanded. In general, the tree should show the connection between people and families. Including events (e.g. a witness to an event) can cause confusion because you cannot really connect the witness to the event, only to the person. If the person has multiple events with different witnesses. There would be a bunch of people connected to this person and the expander would have to be described as “expand all witnesses of all events of this person”. If you are looking at not only witnesses but also other roles, this quickly gets quite complex.
What I think would be possible and make sense is to show only the associated people / “Associations” (I think associated people was touched on earlier in this thread). I’ll put it on my list to think about if this kind of expanders make sense, but it will take some time.
