Name formatting for East Slavic naming conventions

So, how would you format a name in Gramps for East Slavic (Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian) naming conventions? What I think I would do would be to make the patronym a surname, but not the primary one. I could alternatively just make the patronym a middle name. What do you think?

People use different approaches. Personally, I include it in the Given Name, like:

Given Name: АлСксандра ΠšΠ°Π·ΠΈΠΌΠΈΡ€ΠΎΠ²Π½Π°
Surname: Π‘ΠΎΠΊΠΎΠ²Π°
