In the Name Editor, the Prefix and connector columns are narrower then their labels. Just a cosmetic thing.

Could you add your OS to your Discourse profile? This sort of tweak needs to be checked on the various default themes in different OSes.
Also, for layout issues, a dialog capture can sometimes help.

This is not a problem. The width of the column depends on the language with different lengths of strings.
You can resize the columns according to your needs.
We are not seeing narrow widths for Prefix and Connector columns in the Name Editor. This is what I in the English 5.2 beta version:
