I am putting in some census records from the Canadian census from the prairies which were not in the original form_ca.xml. Is this something that can or should be submitted back with a PR?
I have added the 1931 census, 1916 census of the prairies, and the 1926 census. and tried to follow some of the existing structure.

Please submit a pull request. The maintain for the Canadian census definitions is Gerald Britton. We will ask him to review the PR.
There is a PR for the 1931 CA census. Gerald reviewed this and submitted 4 versions (based on province) that needs aggregated into the current PR.
