Misleading date range labels? (Before, After, Between)

This shows how historically incorrect data propagates when blindly following theological formats presented as technical standards like GEDCOM.

GEDCOM – created by LDS Church for temple ordinance work – treats years as task scheduling (‘no earlier than’) rather than complete historical periods.

‘After 1941’ should mean post-Dec 31st 1941. GEDCOM’s ‘post-Jan 1st 1941’ creates events matching both ‘1941’ AND ‘After 1941’ = chronological absurdity.

LDS temple logic ≠ historical chronology.** Gramps inherits this flawed theological convention, falsifying historical periods.
