There are a variety of built-in and add-on graphical reports in Gramps
Yes use the Hourglass Graph report.
Not very clear what it is (can’t zoom in enough to see what is written inside the shape). Looks like an ascendant chart (with “origin” at bottom).
If this is the case, there is a built-in graphical report for it. Here is a fragment of such a chart where the “origin” person is at far right:
