How do I request an update to the Master addons-source?

The make.py file ( for building addons downloads ) in the GitHub master branch is 4 years behind the one in the maintenance/gramps52 branch.

How do I request the master version be refreshed?

I don’t think that the master branch in the addons-source repository is used. Perhaps we should just remove it?
