I don’t understand why I don’t get any help in this case.
My plan is ‘Clan’ which means that I pay 7 EUR/month for a product that is not working.
I have mailed you several times.
Really hope you will solve my problem … gramshub is an good approach.
ok, some clarifications about Gramps Web and Grampshub.
Gramps Web is an open source community project that I happend to be the maintainer of. This forum here is the right place to ask for support.
Grampshub is a paid hosting service for Gramps Web. It is run by me, and indeed, the link you shared is the one for support. But, as is clearly stated on the front page www.grampshub.com,
Grampshub offers hosting for Gramps Web. If any issues arise related to subscriptions or provisioning of a new tree, please reach out to our customer service. However, Grampshub does not offer support for Gramps Web itself. Gramps Web is an open source community product. Please check out the website of Gramps Web to find all the support channels of the community. People are helpful over there!
To repeat, I do not offer paid Gramps Web support as part of the Grampshub subscription. It’s simply impossible. The Grampshub subscriptions are meant to cover the hosting fees, not to pay a full time job for me!
That being said, as all people in this forum will confirm, I try to reply to all Gramps Web issues posted here within one or two days, not because anybody pays me for it, but as part of my open source work in my free time.
Now, to the problem at hand.
Obvisously, the server URL in the screenshot is wrong. It should be https://grampshub.com, not Login | Grampshub . This should be obvious from the documentation. If it isn’t, feel free to improve it - it’s open source, too!
