Gramps version will not Export, or Save As GEDCOM, Permission deny

Version, AIO64-5.1.6-1
Program operates fine, but problem means I cannot share data with anyone else

That is an unfamiliar problem.

Please include a screen/dialog capture. Perhaps you are trying to write the file to a write-protected destination?

Another possibility that comes to mind is that your export filters are set so that they exclude everyone in the tree. Check the export preview to verify that at least 1 person is to be exported.

Your screen shot shows you are trying to save your output to the Gramps installation folder. That’s why it’s failing, all folders under C:\Program Files are write protected folders.

Change the destination folder to something under \Documents.

And it shows that you try to export a gramps internal version, not a GEDCOM file.
