Generate questionnaires to send to family to gather information

Windows 10 AIO64-5.1.5-1

Hi,
I have a patchy family tree, with lots of gaps for living relatives. I want to be able to send an email listing the gaps related to a certain person, so they can respond with the answers.
Is there a report or filter that could easily generate a “questionnaire” I could copy and paste into an email?

For example, the email to Person X might read:

Hi Person X,
Please can you replay with the following information:

  • Person Y’s date of birth
  • Person Y’s Mother and Father
  • …and their date of birth etc.

I guess I could copy bits and pieces from the What’s Next gramplet, but is there a nicer way?

There are filters and reports which can help to find your gaps, but I don’t think that there is any report which can generate a questionaire yet.

I generate the Complete Individual Report which shows everything about a person. I ask the relative to first confirm what I have. On an individual basis I may ask if they have specific information but also ask if there is any additional information; Education, Military Service, Civic affairs, etc.

With Details and Parents Person’s gramplets:

Or, if you want select multiple persons, with SuperTool. Here the same person and his two other brothers:

In both cases you can copy information to your clipboard

Thanks, these are great tips. I wasn’t aware of the Isotammi tools, they’re very good!
