Where to file a feature request. On MantisBT?

I would like to make a suggestion for some improvement of a Gramps report.

However, it is not clear to me where to file a feature request.
Is it on Github, on Mantis or here on Discourse?

I don’t see a clear direction anywhere.

You can file it on Mantis. When filing, there is a drop-down project option. The option “Gramps” is used for a bug report. The other option is “Feature Request”. For Severity select “Feature”.
