Some addon-source folders are not in the JSON's download list

Had reason to download a ZIP of the github.com/gramps-project/addons-source repository tonight.

Discovered several of the folders were not represented in the addons-en.json file for the Addon Manager:

Any idea why these are not in the downloadable addons?

Also, there are still a bunch of superseded .txt files in the gramps52/listings. Should they be cleaned out?

Haven’t looked at all of them but I’m guessing the following include_in_listing = False, is set?
