I think that this probably existed prior to the 5.2 version.
The object editors for a shared event have 2 panels: the Reference Information and the Shared Information.
The Shared Information doesn’t resize but the Reference Information panel does. And when the Shared Information panel is collapsed, it doesn’t free up any extra space for the Reference information panel.
