I have tested FilterParams, but in my install at least I find its colours extremely off-putting, and the entire interface no significant improvement on the original. While its windows can be resized, the fact there is min/max further reduces its utility.

And @dsblank has added some sorting controls for order of Rule execution. It eliminates the last edited Rule floating to the top of the execution order.

You can patch your 6.0 Gramps to add this feature before 6.1/6.2 is released.
