Enhance the notes category to permit a user to create an optional template of a note and save it for reuse so it can be instantiated and re-used, as desired, as a type of form entry to enhance appearance of published reports and assist in consistent data capture. i.e sources, citations, events, places, etc.
Currently any such user-favorite template loses all its existing formatting if copied and pasted to a new note. Requiring a large amount of tedious repetitive reformatting resulting in inconsistent published reports.
