Somehow, I added a form for the same source twice on the same Person record. I cannot find an option to remove/delete a Form and I haven’t found anything in the wiki or this community. How can I fix this?

A form handle a citation associated to an event and possibly one or more medium associated to the citation. So you could delete manualy each separated objects your form have generated.
