How can I ascertain whether my MantisBT account has been deleted?

I’m attempting to authenticate at project.org/bugs/login_page.php, but see: [1]

Your account may be disabled or blocked or the username/password you entered is incorrect.

I know that my password is correct. How can I ascertain whether my MantisBT account has somehow been disabled?

What is your Mantis BT username?

Update: Try again now. I found your username, and your account was disabled for some reason.

Added the {{Onboarding Survey}} (a MediaWiki “transclusion” template) to your Talk page on the wiki.

It offers more useful direction than the automated “welcome to Gramps” message.

Not much help for the MantisBT stuff… but I saw you signed up for the wiki too.

Mantisbt log shows bounce back from the email!

A closer look at the email shows @RokeJulianLockhart is using addy.io the “Anonymous Email Forwarding service” so most likely it will happen again, based on experience with other users who ended up using a non anonymous email address.

@Nick-Hall and @gramps-project, thanks. However, it’s merely a sieve, which allows me to automatically label based upon recipient, rather than sender (my subdomain is my real name). Do you happen to know what e-mail address the rejected mail was sent from? I’ll ask the developer to whitelist it:

If, instead, the reason that it was rejected was due to a large attachment, etcetera, I’ve also asked mantisbt.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=40347 in the meantime. If so, I’d like to know what caused it.
