i am working thru Rootmagic11 to GD and now have GH
uploaded from GD to GH everything worked fine but Media.
deleted all media from GH and uploaded directly. since then i have not sync GH back to GD until i know what happened.
Can i delete GD tree and start fresh with a sync from GH? if so does GD create its own media folder on desktop?
is there a way to see when someone has logged into GH?
What is the best way to Backup so if something BAD happens either Me or other family members can just restore?
Now for the Shoot Myself in the Head idea 
Is there a way to set up so family can work on common tree ( the part we all share)
but also build out their in-law side to merge with One Giant World Tree?
so my mothers Maternal line is the Common (croatian)
but my 3rd Cousin’s Faternal line is my Maternal line (croatian) and her Maternal line is (pacific Islander)
also want to add my spouses family (siblings, Parents,Spouses,children)
How is the best way to go about this? want to know before i go to far on anything.
anyone know an easy way to learn coding that doesn’t put you to sleep or fry brain 4 sentences in???

first of all welcome to Gramps Web!
I might not have time to answer all of your questions (there’s a lot of them!) right now. Actually many of them are answered in existing discussions or in the documentation (https://www.grampsweb.org). What do you think about reading up a bit and opening separate threads for separate questions? I think this will also make them more findable and useful for other users with the same questions.

Yes, there is a “delete all” button in the admin settings BUT - this can take hours right now, but I release a new Gramps Web API version yesterday to speed it up, so please wait a few hours until I deploy this version to GH before triggering the delete. (You can check in “System Information” when it says “Gramps Web API 3.12.2”).

Only caveat: please do not create a media ZIP archive as part of your backup strategy - this puts a lot of unnecessary strain on the server. For media backup, the sync addon combined with local backup is much better.
