Can I force Gramps to store only relative media paths

Hi!
Is there a way to force Gramps to store all media paths as relative paths instead of absolute paths?
I know that I can convert absolute paths to relative paths using the Media Manager.
But I’d like to avoid this extra step.

GRAMPS: AIO64-5.2.2-r1-f905d14
LANG: de_AT.UTF-8
Betriebssystem: Windows

When selecting the desired media object, in the Select a Media Object window, there is a check box at the bottom. Convert to a relative path.
