I just updated from v26.10.2 to v26.11.0, and now the search box for selecting existing items (citations/places/etc) returns no results and shows “Not found” even when the item exists. Is this a known bug? Or can someone suggest some further steps I can take to investigate?
Running: Gramps Web on Docker on Unraid 7.3.4
Web API 3.25.0 introduced a new search index. Using the default setup, the index should be built automatically. Perhaps you have a non-standard setup where this went wrong. Please check the release notes:
Please also check admin settings → serach index and what happens when you trigger reindexing.
I checked admin settings → search and the index had “Status: 0/10188”. Updating the seach index fixed it. For refence I was using SQLlite
